1. Service Description

Zoe Learn (learn.zoe.institute) is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform operated by Zoe Institute (“we,” “us,” “our”). The platform provides structured lessons, AI-generated assessments, and personalized learning paths for AI skills training.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Access requires an active subscription at ₹499/month (or current published price).
  • Billing is handled by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused access.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All course content, lesson materials, and assessment frameworks are owned by Zoe Institute.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any course materials.
  • Your assessment responses and submitted work remain your property.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Assessments are generated by AI (OpenAI and Anthropic). While we design the prompts and rubrics, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors.
  • AI-generated feedback is educational guidance, not professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI assessment system
  • Submit content that is harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Zoe Institute provides educational content on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or business results from completing courses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
